60-75 minute classes offered either in-person or online.
For the first 15 minutes or so of each session, there is a community building check in. Parents-to-be will be able to share with each other on where they are in their pregnancy. This sharing fosters a strong sense of connection and community for all the bodies in the room, and helps to build a community and fellowship of parents seeking to experience the pregnancy journey together.
Prenatal yoga increases the strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth.
A regular prenatal practice may help ease lower back pain and headaches, and may also help improve sleep.
Class is all-levels and accessibility-minded.
Wednesdays at 6pm & Saturday 10am are peak times for prenatal with highest attendance.
